WE HAVE STREAMLINED SYSTEM SIX’S CUSTOMER JOURNEY, BRANDED THE INNOVATION CENTRE EXETER, CREATED INTERNAL COMMS FOR CORUS AND DEVELOPED SOFTWARE FOR THE NHS.
Working with System Six we have developed a bespoke software system that helps them deliver a competitive advantage.
The system provides independent kitchen retailers one central location for orders and quotes and they can manage their orders online as opposed to faxing back and forward amended quotes.
Working closely with their MD and Head of Production we have further developed the system so that it can handle over one million product combinations from online quote, through order processing, production, shop floor to delivery.
The system has been developed to complement customer journey and covers the external face of the company as well as manages the internal company processes.
To help communicate this we have developed their brand communications so that they can attract new customers as well as reinforce their position in the marketplace as a provider of high quality service and products.
